Mediation Notes
Here are the full graphic notes of the mediation training I just attended. I took these notes for myself, but hope they can be useful for everyone else on the course. In fact, graphic notes can be fun and educational for just about anyone. I did these with a black Sharpie and watercolor pencils on regular sized paper. I didn’t spend much (OK, any) time editing or proof-reading. All editorial and conceptual errors are my own and do not reflect on The Mediation Center, the course or the instructors.
