Graphic Facilitation Workshop
Papershine Invites You to a Graphic Facilitation Workshop
Graphic facilitation is the art and practice of using big paper, colorful markers, and active listening to make things happen. In this workshop you will learn how to work with groups, organize information, and share ideas. The tools and techniques are available to anyone. Special artistic ability is not required. This daylong workshop is geared for the beginner; over the course of the day we will move from drawing lines to creating large scale wall graphics that demonstrate your growing mastery of the skills. Graphic Facilitation is increasingly valued in the workplace as more and more businesses use visual processes to unlock potential. Meeting facilitation, action planning, strategic visioning, and training are all primary business functions that are enhanced by graphic techniques. At the end of the day, you will be ready to head into your working world to use your graphic facilitation skills.
This workshop is very active and involves lots of drawing practice and group exercises. To ensure that everyone gets the support and attention they deserve, class size is very limited. Please sign up early!

My name is Marc Archambault and I will be leading this workshop. I studied Graphic Facilitation at the Grove in San Francisco. Since then I have used the techniques in all aspects of my work as a trainer, facilitator and consultant in the human services field. I am a strong advocate of using graphic processes as teaching and training tools. As a small business owner, I use visual thinking techniques to keep my self organized, my work on track, and my goals in sight.
